Why a GRU
The house model is a GRU, a gated recurrent unit. It keeps one hidden state and walks the minutes of a 15-minute window in order. Two gates do the work. The update gate decides how much of the last minute to keep. The reset gate decides how much of that memory to ignore when the new minute is read.
A 15-minute Bitcoin contract is a short sequence: time left, the BRTI move, and the book all depend on the minutes before them. A GRU is built for that. An LSTM carries an extra cell state this window is too short to need. A plain network would score each minute as if it had no memory.
Training uses the house bot’s own tickets and how those tickets settled. It does not train on your account, your settings, your key, or anything you type here. A new checkpoint is promoted only on our server. You can read the live checkpoint. Bot settings for your desk are edited on Desk, and bypass is always on.
